My Wellness Philosophy

The holistic wellness philosophy I’ve developed over 25 years of working with thousands of clients, including professional athletes from around the world, is based on the interconnectedness of six critical lifestyle pillars: movement, sleep, nutrition, time spent in nature, mindfulness and human connection. The services I provide my clients are built on a framework that harnesses the power of each of these pillars to deliver a formula for a healthier lifestyle.
